	Good Samaritan Hospital - #1 for Babies and Still Growing Good Samaritan Hospital has achieved the number one ranking in Ohio for delivering babies in 2006, according to the Ohio Department of Health’s Vital Statistics division. 	Gerald Oliphant Named TriHealth Chief Operating Officer Gerald P. Oliphant has been named executive vice president and chief operating officer of TriHealth. Oliphant's most recent appointment was chief operating officer of the Cleveland Clinic Health System's western region, which includes Fairview, Lakewood and Lutheran community hospitals totaling more than 700 beds.
