Bethesda North Hospital is among the largest acute and tertiary care hospitals in the Cincinnati region. It offers a comprehensive range of services from award-winning heart care to maternity services and a 24-hour emergency room, to residents of the northeast corridor of Cincinnati and Warren, Butler, and Clermont counties.
The new Bethesda North Outpatient Imaging building and a seven-story patient tower, added in 2007, have helped Bethesda North build on its reputation of excellence in meeting the health care needs of the region.
Bethesda North was built as a community satellite facility in 1970 and has grown dramatically to meets the needs of the community. It was an outreach of Bethesda Hospital in Avondale, founded in 1896 by German Methodist deaconesses seeking to care for Cincinnati's sick and poor.
