What is The TriHealth Executive Health Program?
It is a state-of-the-art, fully personalized medical evaluation and health assessment for everyone ages 35 to 75 who wants the clearest picture of their health today and direction for living their healthiest life going forward. The Program begins with a comprehensive, convenient, one-day medical and wellness examination in a hospital setting. The exam employs more aggressive, medically definitive testing at an earlier age than typically prescribed for a routine health exam to help detect and treat medical conditions early on, before they progress into more critical health threats.
Expert Consultation
You receive individualized, one-on-one counseling and coaching from a nutrition expert, fitness coach, life-balance specialist, and physician –- experts who evaluate your current state of health and wellness, provide constructive feedback, and empower you to take personal responsibility for continuous improvement. You also receive a detailed report of all test and exam results to share with your primary physician as well as a personalized health action plan.
A Comprehensive Assessment
In addition to an initial intake survey of your health history, current symptoms and exercise, your health assessment and exam will include the most advanced screenings available in medicine today, plus ongoing coordination of care and support from our staff in the months following your health assessment.
