One of the best ways to reduce joint pain is to reduce your weight. If a manufacturer removes the fat from your favorite cookie, does that mean you can eat five of them? NO! The fat must be replaced with something to make the cookie still taste good and have that satisfying texture. What do they replace it with? Seaweed? Can you eat too much seaweed?
