Application process

 

Traditional 5+2 Program

The Good Samaritan Hospital Vascular Surgery Residency Program participates in the Electronic Residency Application Service (ERAS). After meeting the minimal application requirements listed below, application materials are reviewed by faculty members in early February with interviews scheduled thereafter. Interviews are held from late February through early April.

Minimum application requirements

USMLE Step I, II, and III
ABSITE scores
Three letters of recommendation, including Program Director
Completed ERAS application
Curriculum Vitae

Integrated 0+5 Program

The Good Samaritan Hospital Vascular Surgery Residency Program participates in the Electronic Residency Application Service (ERAS). After meeting the minimal application requirements listed below, application materials are reviewed by faculty members in early October with interviews scheduled thereafter. Interviews are held from late November through early January.

Minimum application requirements

USMLE Step I score of 210 or above
USMLE Step II score (if completed)
Three letters of recommendation
Dean's letter
Completed ERAS application
Curriculum Vitae
