Electrophysiology and Pacemaker Clinic
The Cardiology Center of Cincinnati now has an established Electrophysiology and Pacemaker Clinic. Located on the lower level of our facility, along with our Coumadin Clinic, we are able to offer our patients an extensive, more well-rounded approach to cardiac care.
Headed by Dr. Gaurang Gandhi, we offer expertise and significant experience in the evaluation and management of cardiac arrhythmias, heart failure, syncope and the prevention of sudden cardiac death.
Dr. Gandhi has been in practice, in Cincinnati, since 2004. He received his electrophysiologist training at Brown University after finishing his cardiology fellowship at Cornell University. Dr. Gandhi is highly involved in researching the most current, successful treatment methods and protocols available within his field. Once he has diagnosed the arrhythmia related problem for the patient, he strives to appropriately manage the condition with invasive therapies (see procedures) and/or medication therapies. Dr. Gandhi’s personal knowledge and fresh approach to each patient’s needs have expanded the Cardiology Center's ability to provide more complete care for our patients.
Dr. Gandhi has privileges at Bethesda North Hospital, Jewish Kenwood Hospital and Good Samaritan Hospital.
The Pacemaker Clinic provides personal and telephone checks for our patients with device implantations. The Coumadin Clinic manages our patient’s medication therapy with care and a personal touch through our trained RN’s.
