Classes and Group Fitness

From yoga to boot camp, whether you are a beginner or an advanced exerciser, add variety to your workout by attending one or more of our great selection of exercise classes offered each month. More than 80 workout classes are offered each week, so you are sure to find a perfect fit.

Please Note: Due to member input, the following classes will experience a time change for July and August: 
Yogalates:
    Tuesday, 4:30-5:30pm, Studio A Tetyana (Time Change)
Abs/Glutes/Thighs:
    Thursday, 4:30-5:15pm , Studio A Kari (Time Change)
Boot Camp:
    Saturday, 12:45-1:30pm (Outdoor Pool) CANCELLED
