Step onto the TriHealth Fitness & Health Pavilion’s spacious fitness floor with more than 10,000 square feet and over 250 pieces of cardiovascular, strength and flexibility equipment. The Pavilion's fitness floor includes three strength training circuits as well as free weights, over 100 cardiovascular machines, a one-eighth mile indoor track and equipment from the leading fitness companies including Cybex, Life Fitness, Matrix, Nautilus, Hammer Strength, Precor and Technogym. The TriHealth Pavilion's cardiovascular machines include:
- Cross Trainers
- Arc Trainers
- Concept II Rowing Machines
- Recumbent and Upright Bikes
- Upper Body Ergometers
We offer a variety of programming, including FREE member fitness assessments and orientation sessions. Included is our ActiveLinxx interactive system that allows you to track your progress through our ActiveLinxx kiosk or internet. We also provide programs for the fitness novice, the experienced exerciser, those utilizing exercise to manage a chronic disease, and the sports performer seeking greater levels of athletic achievement.
The Biggest Winner: Member Challenge Returns!
Lose weight and achieve your fitness goals with our ever-popular Biggest Winner Challenge. During this eight-week program, we will track your weight and body composition and provide you with exercises and challenges to help you reach your goals. Sign up at the fitness desk by Tuesday, January 31.

For your enjoyment, our fitness floor is equipped with a Broadcast Vision media system including multiple flat screen televisions and radio stations accessible with your own set of headphones. In addition, some cardiovascular exercise pieces have individual televisions.

Free Personalized Consult and Orientation
A free one on one session with a degreed and certified fitness coach is included with your membership. This session includes a discussion on your fitness history, any exercise limitations, goal setting and an outline of your future fitness program. The coach will provide your numbers for:
- Blood pressure and heart rate
- Height and weight
- Body composition
- Functuional Movement Screens
Personalized workout guidelines are provided based on exercise parameters established by the American College of Sports Medicine (ACSM).
