Highly credentialed and experienced staff is one major reason the TriHealth Fitness & Health Pavilion stands apart from other gyms. All staff are trained in emergency preparedness and hold American Red Cross CPR certifications for health care professionals. 

Additionally, the TriHealth Fitness and Health Pavilion consistently offers education for local instructors to step up their game. Some certifications hosted at the Pavilion include:

Mad Dogg spinning certification

Allows you to become a certified spinning instructor with a nationally recognized certification.

Fitness Experience

Fitness Experience it is a very economical and easy way for current instructors to obtain continuing education. TriHealth recruits top-notch, national trainers for group fitness (like Leslie Bender for Pilates).

CATS: Lifeguard and Water Safety Instructor certification (American Red Cross)

This Water Safety Instructor class will prepare an individual to teach swimming lessons and water safety at any aquatic facility. Students will learn the skills necessary to organize and teach the American Red Cross swim lessons, including Learn to Swim (Level 1 through 6), preschool aquatics classes and parent/child aquatic classes. Students must turn 16 years old by the last date of the class. Students must swim 25 yards front crawl, backstroke, side stroke, elementary back stroke, and 15 yards butterfly.
