Cindy's career as a registered nurse has focused on Perinatal and Women's Health since 1981. Her passion as a nurse is to use her extensive experience in infertility working with Dr. Thie's patients to educate them about their fertility and gynecology treatment plans. Cindy also considers her compassion and empathy very important in her relationship with patients. Using both of these roles allows patients to be an active part of their own care and facilitates reaching their health goals.
Cindy got her diploma in nursing from the Bethesda School of Nursing and her Bachelors in Science of Nursing from the College of Mount St. Joseph. She is a member of the nursing honor society Sigma Theta Tau, a member of the American Society of Reproductive Medicine and a member of North American Menopause Society. She is enjoying her hands on nursing role as she works with the patients in this practice.
