TriHealth Recognized as a Best Place to Work

Share

TriHealth has been named an Enquirer Media Top Work Place, finishing in the top 10; and we've been recognized as an AARP Best Employers for Workers Over 50, ranking number 19 nationwide on the health care top 50 list.

"It's a great source of pride to receive awards for being a top employer. These recognitions are testament to the tremendous, dedicated team members at TriHealth" said John S. Prout, president and chief executive officer of TriHealth. "Maintaining our position as an employer of choice is part of our strategic plan, and these awards validate that we're on the right track. Thanks to all of our staff for making this a great place to work for all team members."

The Enquirer Top Work Places award was voted upon by TriHealth team members. Over 240 area companies participated in this year's survey. Top companies on this list share these traits:

  • Conviction by team members that their work is valued and their ideas sought out
  • Confidence that top managers are leading their businesses in the right direction
  • Commitment from every level to finding better ways of producing products and delivering services

Employers who receive the AARP award must demonstrate policies and practices that meet and address the needs of older workers. Major areas of consideration include recruiting practices, education and career development, job sharing, flexible scheduling, workplace accommodations, health care and retirement benefits.

"These awards reinforce that we're doing the right things to attract, hire and retain talented people with diverse backgrounds who are dedicated to our mission and to our organization," said Walter McLarty, chief human resources officer for TriHealth.
