Community Education Classes
At TriHealth, we provide a comprehensive range of fitness and health classes for expectant parents and adults of all ages and interests. Our goal is to equip you with the resources and tools you need to confidently make smart choices so you can lead a healthy, satisfying life.
The heart, what an amazing pump. Ten ounces of muscle that moves 2.4 ounces of blood per beat – an incredible 1,900 gallons per day, and over 48 million gallons by the time we reach 70. And our lives depend on that beat to beat rhythm to stay alive, to keep our organs perfused with oxygen and nutrition, and to keep our brains active and thinking. How does it work? We strive to put you and your family at ease before, during and after your pregnancy through offering a variety of maternity education courses for expectant families. Classes include Childbirth Education, Breastfeeding and Beyond, Fitness for Two – and much more!
The TriHealth Fitness & Health Pavilion works to keep our members and the community up-to-date on the latest health and wellness trends through screenings, classes and seminars that promote healthier lifestyles. We offer a variety of fitness classes and healthy living programs so you have the skills necessary to put your health first.
Trauma Services offers Simulation and Education to build and enhance our relationship with the EMS community through communication, education and research to optimize the health status of the people we serve. This includes our Paramedic Training Program and Simulation and Education Center.
TriHealth began providing the ThinkFirst Injury Prevention Program to Greater Cincinnati in 1986. ThinkFirst is a national injury prevention foundation with more than 250 chapters across the United States. Each year the ThinkFirst message reaches more than 20,000 local students, parents and community members throughout Greater Cincinnati.
