Who Can Benefit
Bethesda Alcohol and Drug Treatment program best serves individuals who can benefit from
receiving treatment in a day or evening intensive outpatient program.
If residential treatment is needed, Bethesda professionals will assist with a referral to a
residential program and provide follow-up care. The program also provides services to employers seeking to address
recovery issues in the workplace.
A variety of people can benefit from the program:
- Adult men and women in need of treatment for their abuse of or dependency on alcohol or other
drugs,
- Alcohol- or drug-impaired health care professionals and others, who are required to report to a
regulatory board,
- Employers with workers that have special job-related concerns, and
