Sports Medicine

Sports medicine specializes in diagnosing and treating sports-related injuries and related conditions. Our goal is to get you back in the game as safely, quickly and pain-free as possible.

The sports medicine specialists at TriHealth Orthopedics & Sports Institute and Beacon Orthopaedics & Sports Medicine provide comprehensive care for competitive athletes, student-athletes, weekend warriors, and everyone in between. We care for sports injury patients of all ages, from pediatric to seniors.

In partnership with Bethesda Family Medicine, we train our Primary Care Sports Medicine Physicians in all aspects of sports medicine, including concussion care, musculoskeletal injuries, and medical and nutrition issues related to athletics. Our network of sports medicine professionals also includes orthopedic surgeons, physiatrists (physical rehabilitation medicine specialists), nurses, physical therapists and certified athletic trainers. We take a team approach to your care, working together to diagnose your condition and help you recover the strength and skills needed to return to the activities you love. While surgery may be required in some cases, we recommend non-surgical treatments whenever possible.

TriHealth and Beacon Orthopaedics combine to provide sports medicine service to more than 60 professional teams, high schools, club teams, colleges and universities, and other organizations.
