PRISM will focus on strengthening TriHealth’s best practices for LGBTQ+ patients, team members, and their families. PRISM will drive and promote visibility among team members with leadership about the current workplace and social issues that affect the LGBTQ+ community. Steve Mombach

"By recognizing the LGBT+ members of our workforce through our employee resource group, TriHealth supports a positive environment in which diversity is recognized along with ensuring that LGBT+ team members and patients feel comfortable and valued. In addition to giving guidance on workplace policies and practices, URGE (United Resources Group for Equality) will help provide a sense of safety and acceptance for LGBT+ team members and patients. URGE looks to maintain a visible presence that continues to allow LGBT+ team members and patients to be respected and have a voice within TriHealth."
