TRIBE - TriHealth Resource Initiative for Black Employees
TRIBE is an employee resource group (ERG) that brings people together to help increase awareness of our rich culture through special events celebrating history and heritage and developing leaders.
TRIBE’s mission is to promote and support TriHealth’s ongoing efforts to foster a culturally competent and inclusive work environment for team members who identify as Black, African, African American, and Caribbean. We will pursue this mission by maximizing the potential of team members within the organization.
Areas of Focus for TRIBE
This group focuses on specific organizational issues impacting African American team members and patients. It promotes the recruitment, retention and career mobility of Black, African, African American, and Caribbean while helping to enhance a positive patient experience for all.
Presence in the Community
TRIBE will be active in the community we serve, by volunteering time to local events and functions and fostering strategies for engagement for underserved communities in the Greater Cincinnati area.
