Following the CDC COVID-19 Booster Shot Guidance, patients are invited to schedule their booster below. This page is only for scheduling your first COVID-19 Booster.
Booster Scheduling:
- For those ages 18+ AND
- Have received their 2nd or 3rd dose primary series at least 5 months ago
