Following the CDC COVID-19 Booster Shot Guidance, patients are invited to schedule their second booster below. This page is only for scheduling the second COVID-19 Booster.

Second Booster Scheduling:

For those that are ages 50+ AND
Have been fully vaccinated, followed by a booster at least 4 or more months ago

Please read more about booster vaccines here or contact your primary care physician for guidance. If you have not completed your vaccine series, click here to schedule your first dose.
