Access to a printer prior to completing modules is required so you can print certificates of completion needed to obtain a badge and access to systems. If you have trouble accessing modules, be sure to use Internet Explorer (avoid using Google Chrome or Firefox which can interfere with the modules). All quizzes require 80% or higher to pass. Complete all below:

Security Information and Notification:

McCullough Hyde Memorial Hospital Team Members ONLY - call MHMH Security at 524-5035 to set up an appointment for onsite Security for their fingerprints and badge at MHMH.

Team Members at all other Trihealth locations are required to schedule an appointment at our Security office at 4750 Wesley Avenue. 1A, Norwood, OH 45212, where you will be fingerprinted, and a photo taken for your ID badge. Your appointment must be scheduled no later than 4 days prior to your start date. 

Schedule your TriHealth Norwood Security Department appointment on line at https://signup.com/go/EGHhOBz . Appointments are scheduled for 15 minutes between 6:30 am and 5:30 pm Monday thru Friday.

When reporting to Security, the following must be presented to Security and is REQUIRED to obtain the badge: 

  • Government issued photo ID
  • Vehicle Registration
  • Know your social security number, card is not necessary
  • Orientation Attestation certificate of completion for current calendar year
