Description: Job Summary: Access Associate.

(4) PRN/Optional openings

 

Performs Scheduling and/or Registration functions in a timely and accurate manner. Works with various hospital departments to coordinate care and communication with patients and physician/offices to obtain information necessary to schedule and register patients. Provides excellent customer service, answers questions and resolves issues, Collects co-pays, standard deposits and deductibles.

Minimal Requirements: High School diploma or GED

Qualifications-Minimum 1-2 years of customer service in a healthcare setting preferred.

Experience in fast paced, customer driven environment.  Excellent verbal and written skills.  Basic understanding of medical insurance.
