From yoga to ball, balance & strength, whether you are a beginner or an advanced exerciser, add variety to your workout by attending one or more of our great selection of exercise classes offered each month with TriHealth certified instructors.  More than 80 group fitness workout classes are offered each week in two beautiful, spacious studios and two indoor pools, so you are sure to find a perfect fit. Bring a friend!
