To encourage the community to get moving, the Pavilion is waiving its enrollment fee* for any individual who submits a prescription from their physician that references a medical condition that could be benefit with exercise, such as diabetes, high blood pressure, weight issues, etc. *Just a one-time nominal processing fee is required to get started.

TriHealth Healthy Back Program
Back pain is one of the most common reasons people go to the doctor or miss work and it is the leading cause of disability worldwide. Fortunately, you can take active measures to learn ways to relieve most back pain.
The Pavilion’s program will last 12 weeks (2 days per week, one hour each) and sessions will include an educational component and varied exercise sessions. This outcomes-driven program was designed by an integrated team of TriHealth Physicians, Physical Therapists, Certified Athletic Trainers and Degreed and Certified Fitness Coaches to assist those completing therapy for acute or chronic back pain or those wishing to address chronic low back issues. A Physician or physical therapist referral is required for participation.
Classes will begin Tuesday, June 11 and run every Tuesday and Thursday at 6:30 p.m. for 12 weeks.

Balance and Stability Program
Our balance and stability program combines principles of tai chi with traditional exercises, providing each participant with an individualized program to help them improve their balance and stability. Join Jo D. Waywood, TriHealth physical therapist, for this 12-week small group class to learn the strategies needed to prevent falls and related injuries through exercise and education.
