The TriHealth Fitness & Health Pavilion has built one of the finest yoga class catalogs in Cincinnati. Our yoga classes are taught by highly trained instructors and include a variety of techniques including ashtanga yoga, hatha yoga, yin yoga, power yoga, yogalates and more. Members may attend any class of their choosing. Non-members may purchase a 10-visit yoga class pass for $140.

Yoga Teacher Contact Hours
Are you a yoga teacher needing Continuing Education hours or a yoga enthusiast wanting to learn more? The Pavilion offers two-hour workshops for teachers and yogis alike to expand your practice and obtain your CE hours.
Saturday, January 20: Yoga for Runners noon–2 p.m.; Chair Yoga 2:30–4:30 p.m.
Sunday, February 25: Yoga for Athletes 9–11 a.m.; Sequencing 11:30 a.m.–1:30 p.m.
Saturday, March 24: Yin/Restorative 11:30 a.m.–1:30 p.m.; Vinyasa 101 2–4 p.m.
Ashtanga Yoga (2, 3)
Dynamic breathing, focus, and a flowing progression of postures that balance the body with strength, stamina and flexibility.
Chair Yoga (All Levels)
A gentle style of yoga that can be done mostly from a seated position. Offers many of the benefits of traditional yoga including improved musculoskeletal fitness and flexibility, and an elevated sense of overall well-being.
Fitness Yoga (2, 3)
This class offers a total mind-body workout featuring cardiovascular conditioning, functional strength, flexibility, muscle balancing and relaxation. Learn more.
Hatha/Yin Yoga (All Levels)
A quiet practice where one holds poses for a longer length of time, which is great for tight muscles. Seated poses and breath work combine to enhance the mind-body connection, ending with meditation.
Hatha Yoga (2, 3)
The moves flow from standing to seated poses and combine exercises with breath work to enhance the mind-body connection.
Easy Yoga & Meditation (All Levels)
Practice the ancient art of meditation and Yoga postures to calm the mind, reduce stress and revitalize the body to meet daily challenges of life.
Yin/Yang Yoga (2,3)
Yin/Yang Yoga is a class that balances the newly developed Yin yoga practice for the first half of the class with traditional Yang yoga practices for the second half of the class. This class can provide you with a practice that starts with deep, introspective, and quiet yoga that evolves into an energizing and uplifting yoga that sets you on your way for the rest of your day.
Yoga Flow Stretch (1, 2)
Total mind-body workout featuring cardiovascular conditioning, functional strength, flexibility, muscle balancing and relaxation.
Yoga for Stress (1, 2)
This class is designed to help lower blood pressure, improve sleep, increase self-awareness and focus, and benefit all systems of the body.
NEW Yoga Fusion & Meditation (1, 2)
Designed for anyone who would like to learn this classical form of yoga. The sequences make it easy for students to develop a personal practice and fundamental understanding that can be applied to many forms of yoga. Learn about science and benefits of meditation.
Power Yoga (2, 3)
AM ABS blasting Yoga! This class is a combo of a dynamic Power Yoga, but with an added focus on the core.
Yogalates (1, 2)
A complete and comprehensive fusion of Yoga and Pilates. Develop general tone and fitness in the body while also creating a sense of inner calm, relaxation and overall well-being.
