Through American-Mercy Home Care* and AmeriMed*, TriHealth offers a comprehensive range of nursing and infusion services directly to your home.  

What We Offer


Companions will share time with you, participate in activities, and help with meal preparation. 

Home Health Aid:

Aides help with personal care and activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing and grooming.


Homemakers help you with light housekeeping, meal preparation, grocery shopping and other errands.


Through AmeriMed, TriHealth offers a comprehensive range of home infusion/nutritional therapy services for adults and children. Pharmacists and technicians collaborate with board-certified dietitians and a nutritional support team to provide the following home infusion services:

  • Antibiotic Therapy
  • Nutritional Support Therapies
  • Chemotherapy
  • Pain Management
  • Immunoglobulin Therapy
  • Inotropic Therapy
  • Steroid Therapy
  • Hydration
  • Catheter Maintenance 

Their home infusion team will also coordinate the delivery of your medicine and all necessary equipment and supplies in a timely manner in order support your individual needs and ensure privacy and convenience.


RNs and LPNs will assist you with your medical needs including the treatments ordered by the doctor, education on your disease, and education and assistance with medicines.

What to Expect

If you or a loved one is in need of home care, please call 513 731 4600 (companion/health aid/homemaker/nursing/physical, occupational and speech therapies) or 513 942 3670 (infusion therapy). An experienced associate will:

  • Talk with you about home care options.
  • Work with the physician to determine the appropriate level of care.
  • Develop an individualized plan of care to meet your needs.
  • Determine a payment method. Medicare, Medicaid and most major insurance plans are accepted.
