Keynote Speaker
Deborah Ooten, PhD

Deborah Ooten, PhD

Founder and Director of the Conscious Living Center

Dr. Deborah Ooten has dedicated her career to educating others as to how to improve quality of life by increasing conscious awareness. As an expert on both the Enneagram and Spiral Dynamics, Dr. Ooten has designed a unique system that bridges simple concepts and immediate results for motivated professionals.

Her desire to understand and help her own family led her to pursue a B.S. degree in Occupational Therapy (Body), followed by a Master’s in Philosophy (Heart) and, ultimately, a PhD in Psychology (Mind)—each one focusing on an integral aspect of each of us. Dr. Ooten founded three successful companies and provides services through her private practice, the Conscious Living Center, and the School of Conscious Living and Conscious Dynamics, LLC.

In her presentation Enneagram: Understanding Your Personality Type for Effective Communication, participants will be able to recognize characteristics of the nine Enneagram personality types and utilize this information for communication and understanding.
