Pain Management physicians at TriHealth specialize in treating people with acute and chronic pain.

Pain can arise for many reasons, such as surgery, injury, nerve damage, cancer and metabolic conditions, like diabetes. Sometimes, pain can be a problem by itself, with no obvious cause. The Pain Management physicians use knowledge of the physiology of pain and specialized tests for diagnosing painful conditions to treat pain with appropriate prescriptions and interventional procedures.

Procedures Performed

Our goal is to ease suffering and help those with chronic pain live better. Chronic pain may stem from a wide range of conditions, including back pain, neck pain, joint pain, headaches and neuropathy. Chronic pain can occur when no obvious cause can be found. It can affect any part of the body and people of any age.

Below you’ll find many of the procedures we use to treat chronic pain. For more information about a possible treatment approach, click on the individual condition for a downloadable PDF.
