To provide additional convenience and easy access to care, TriHealth providers are offering several telemedicine options, particularly during the COVID-19 pandemic, to provide care and keep you healthy, in addition to in-person office visits. Our telemedicine visits include:
- Video Visits: scheduled appointments using both audio and video to connect directly with your provider in real time. To learn more about access, technology needed and some best practices around completing your video visit, click here.
- Telephone Visits: scheduled appointments via a phone call directly with your provider. To schedule a telephone visit, call your provider, or contact the TriHealth Customer Contact Center at 513 853 2100.
- E-visits: secure messaging between a patient and a provider through the E-visit portal. E-visits are accessible to existing TriHealth patients who use MyChart. Our patients can select from a list of conditions commonly evaluated through e-visits. E-visits are unscheduled, and requests will be answered within 24 hours. Click here to learn more.
- MyChart Messages: unscheduled secure messaging with a provider for TriHealth patients with a MyChart account (occurs outside the E-Visit portal).
