NIPT (Non-Invasive Prenatal Testing) - Prenatal Screen

TriHealth Obstetrics & Gynecology Associates offers Non-Invasive Prenatal Testing to help determine the risk that the fetus will be born with certain genetic abnormalities. If you’re pregnant, the Prenatal Screen is a noninvasive screen ordered by our physicians as early as 10 weeks into your pregnancy to learn about your baby’s chance of having a chromosome abnormality leading to a condition like Down syndrome.

Hereditary Cancer Screening

We offer screening, counseling and testing to determine if a patient may be at increased risk for hereditary cancers. Certain genetic mutations are passed on among families that put patients at an extremely significant risk for developing cancer in their lifetime. Simple testing can determine whether a patient has these mutations so that proactive steps can be taken to reduce their cancer risk or even prevent cancer from developing at all.
