Tart Cherry Juice – a natural source of melatonin and tryptophan, both supportive of sleep regulation.

Chamomile Tea – well-known herbal relaxant that promotes calmness.

Honey – can help with tryptophan transport into the brain, supporting serotonin and melatonin production.

Warm Oat Milk (or Almond Milk) – oats and almonds contain magnesium and melatonin precursors, adding creaminess and sleep support.

Cinnamon/Nutmeg (optional) – adds warmth and may help with relaxation.

Ingredients (serves 2)

  • 1 cup unsweetened tart cherry juice (chilled)
  • 1 cup chamomile tea, brewed and cooled
  • ½ cup warm oat or almond milk
  • 1 tsp honey (or maple syrup for vegan option)
  • A pinch of cinnamon or nutmeg (optional garnish)

Instructions

  1. Brew chamomile tea and allow it to cool slightly.
