Participate in No Shave November to Raise Men's Health Awareness
October 31, 2014

Raise awareness for men's health all month long by putting down your razor and participating in No Shave November.

What is No Shave November?

No Shave November is a national effort to bring attention to the importance of men's health. TriHealthNoShave is a collaboration with the Cincinnati Bengals to raise awareness about men's health issues, such as prostate cancer.

Men are encouraged to grow out their facial hair during the month of November. The hope is that the results will serve as conversation starters about how important it is for men of all ages to see their health care providers regularly for a physical.

How you can participate:

  • Grow facial hair (or make some out of paper).
  • Post at least two pictures of your progress throughout the month of November on Facebook, lnstagram or Twitter using the hashtag #TriHealthNoShave.
  • Spread the word to your friends and family, so they can participate, too.
  • Spread the word about the importance of getting a regular physical.
  • WIN fun prizes provided by the Bengals!
