Immediately after Justin Tasset graduated from the College of Mount St. Joseph with a business degree, he aggressively sought out a position with Disney.
"Disney clearly is an industry leader and I decided that I wanted to learn everything I could from them," says Justin. "I learned to sympathize with guests and determine how best to make them happy. With Disney, that supreme level of service is such an ingrained part of the culture."
Justin now works for Metro Parks of Butler County as an Event Manager while pursuing a degree in information technology from the University of Cincinnati.
"My goal is to eventually work in the cyber security field," says Justin.
It is that focused, goal-oriented nature that helped Justin to excel in lacrosse at Moeller High School and then at Mount St. Joseph.
Justin is the oldest of three, all lacrosse players. Additionally, both of Justin's parents are physicians (and TriHealth Fitness and Health Pavilion members), so Justin has been taught the value of an active and healthy lifestyle from an early age.
"I joined the Pavilion in 2009. I am here most days of the week, weight lifting in the morning or playing basketball when I can," says Justin. "I also work out at UC when I'm on campus," he notes.
"Now that I'm not in organized sports and I don't have a coaches or trainers, I have to set my own fitness goals. For now, that goal is to continue to become stronger every day," Justin says.
"To improve is to change; to be perfect is to change often.”
