David Mouch MD has been designated a Certified Physician Executive by the Certifying Commission in Medical Management (CCMM). Dr. Mouch is a primary care physician with White Oak Family Practice, a TriHealth Physician Partner.
The status of Certified Physician Executive is earned through educational achievements, demonstrated stature as a physician, and experience in the field of medical management.
Dr. Mouch has practiced family medicine for over 25 years at the White Oak Family Practice. He graduated from the Medical College of Ohio in Toledo, completed his residency at the Toledo Hospital and is certified with the American Board of Family Medicine. Presently, Dr. Mouch serves as a medical director and managed care leader for TriHealth.
