
TriHealth is capitalizing on the success of its Ambulatory network of 13 major sites and specifically the Kenwood location by purchasing the building, adjacent garage, and nearby land. These purchases provide TriHealth the flexibility and options needed to potentially expand the location’s service offerings along with additional providers.
The purchase involves 8245 Northcreek in Kenwood. The existing office, totaling more than 114,000 square feet, already houses TriHealth services including Group Health Kenwood, Northcreek Family Practice, Women’s Center Kenwood, TriHealth Cancer and Blood Institute, Gastroenterology, TriHealth Heart & Vascular Institute, and other specialty practices. These practices will be unaffected by the purchase.
The sale also includes a two-level parking garage with more than 400 spaces and surface parking, as well as four-plus acres of land that is available for the future development of new building or building expansion.

The building opened in 2015, and TriHealth originally signed a 15-year lease with multiple options to renew. This purchase will now save TriHealth more than $3.7 million dollars annually in rent and other expenses.
