TriHealth Names Kelley Ealy Chief Information Security Officer

TriHealth announced today that Kelley Ealy has been named Chief Information Security Officer for the health system. She will begin her role in this newly created position on March 5th. Kelley will report directly to John Ward, Vice President and Chief Information Officer for TriHealth.

In her new role, Kelley will partner with the Chief Compliance Officer and Chief Information Officer to establish and maintain a corporate wide information security management program to ensure information assets are adequately protected.  Kelley will proactively work with each of the business units to implement practices that meet defined policies and standards for securing information, while making sure caregivers can access the information needed to provide the best possible care for TriHealth patients.

Kelley joins TriHealth from Software Information Systems (SIS) in Lexington, Kentucky where she served as Chief Information Security Officer. In that role, she successfully developed and implemented a comprehensive security program to support customers using cloud based services. In addition, she was also responsible for security awareness, data center security, cloud service security, compliance and led cloud based opportunities related to all regulatory requirements.  

Prior to SIS, Kelley was the Director of Security and Compliance for Cincinnati Bell Technology Services (CBTS) a division of Cincinnati Bell, a Fortune 1000 company based in Cincinnati Ohio.  In this role, she worked with Fortune 500 clients to identify, evaluate and report on information security risks to meet compliance and regulatory requirements.  

Kelley is a graduate of Western Kentucky University in Bowling Green, Kentucky. She is a Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP), a Certified Cloud Security Professional (CCSP) and has earned a GIAC (a security essentials certification designation).
