She encourages everyone to put a priority on a healthy lifestyle. She believes it’s important to take time away from the distractions of the world and advocates the practice of mindfulness as a path to cultivating a healthful and meaningful life.
Married with two children, Dr. Odonwodo enjoys reading for personal development, trying new recipes and spending time with her family.
