Throughout her 18 year medical career with Trihealth , Dr. Ambe has partnered with her patients on a customized plan of quality care to ensure that her patients are living their life well. Dr. Ambe works with adult patients, 18 and older with a primary focus on prevention, early detection and management of chronic illnesses. As an internal medicine physician, she also focuses on managing a variety of acute and chronic illnesses with special interest in Diabetes, Hypertension, Hyperlipidemia, COPD and Geriatric medicine, with a strong emphasis on preventive care.She recommends lifestyle modifications as a mean of achieving and maintaining optimal health to her patients. She enjoys educating her patients about their medical condition and treatment plan and stresses the importance of being their own advocate for their health. Dr. Ambe urges her patients to follow the plan outlined for them to manage their condition and to work on preventive measures to help them live better. She sees the advent of electronic records as a key element to coordinate the best acre for her patients.
