Chris Zammit, MD, FACEP, FNCS is a Neurointensivist, Stroke Physician, and Emergency Physician who serves as TriHealth’s Medical Director for Stroke, Neuroscience Critical Care, and Acute Neurologic Emergencies.
He completed training in Emergency Medicine at the University of Cincinnati and Neurocritical Care and Cerebrovascular Emergencies at Columbia University Irving Medical Center and Weill Cornell Medical Center in New York.
In addition to his clinical and administrative responsibilities, Dr. Zammit has been an author of dozens of textbook chapters, abstracts, and peer reviewed publications and served as a principal or sub-investigator on over 20 clinical research trials.
Dr. Zammit is member of several professional societies and is a Fellow of the American College of Emergency Physicians and Fellow of the Neurocritical Care Society
