Since returning to his hometown Cincinnati in 1986, Dr. Smith has spent his career fostering relationships with his patients. It has been his privilege to help women bring new lives into the world and maintain long term, close connections to those mothers - frequently delivering 2nd generation babies for women he originally welcomed into the world! As a husband, father, and grandfather, he appreciates the patience and understanding that leads to comfortable office encounters for young teens, new parents, middle aged,and mature women. His expertise and experience in dealing with the special issues of each stage of women’s lives particularly endears him to his patients. When he is not in the office, he enjoys spending time with his wife, 3 children, their spouses, and 7 grandchildren. He especially relishes times they all get together to share good food and wine, either at home or at some of Cincinnati’s many wonderful restaurants. He also likes to spend time doing yard work, traveling and adding to his wine collection.
