When she was badly injured in middle school, Lauren Henry, PA-C, was fascinated by the medical response and quickly discovered a passion for health care. She loves helping people and seeing them improve. During six years as a physician assistant in occupational medicine, she often referred patients to pain management and found it rewarding to see them achieve full resolution of their symptoms. She values the opportunity to help people get back to a normal life.
As a certified physician assistant, Lauren works with patients to determine the cause of discomfort and to help them decrease or alleviate pain that affects daily activities. She administers injections and prescribes lab work and medications. She also educates patients on adjustments they can make to be less affected by pain. Lauren creates a comfortable space for her patients to get all of their questions answered. She encourages everyone to get outside and move, knowing that staying active as possible can be beneficial, even to those in pain.
Lauren and her husband have one child. Born in New York, she was raised in Cincinnati. She enjoys being outdoors, hiking, board games and socializing with friends.
