This visit was for a toenail trim. I realize this is necessary, but my mother is 88, and has a lot of other doctor's appointments. I would love if this could somehow be more convenient. The assistant who brought us back to the room and scheduled our next appointment was exceptionally kind and professional with my mom. I appreciate his friendly interaction.
