Born and raised in Westwood, Dr. Patrick Reilly is firmly rooted in the traditions and values of his native West Side. Now, as a physician at TriHealth's White Oak Family Practice, he is excited to give back to his community through personalized, quality health care.
Dr. Reilly works with patients of all ages, from newborns through adults, on the prevention, detection and treatment of common illnesses. For many patients, he helps in the management of chronic conditions such as diabetes, hypertension and obesity, and he is particularly interested in treating complex chronic conditions.
As an active partner in his patients' health, Dr. Reilly looks forward to getting to know his patients on a personal level. Dr. Reilly promises to provide the same expert care to all patients and help them lead their healthiest lives, whether they're familiar faces or new to his practice.
