Dr. Petar Saric values the ever-expanding scientific evidence that brings new developments, new treatments and new devices to patients with heart conditions. He appreciates the immediate impact he can have on the health and well-being of his patients.
As a board-certified cardiologist, Dr. Saric specializes in the diagnosis and treatment of heart conditions. He is fellowship trained in cardiovascular diseases and advanced cardiovascular imaging, including comprehensive echocardiography, nuclear cardiology, cardiac MRI and cardiac CT. He is board certified in cardiovascular computed tomography, nuclear cardiology and cardiovascular magnetic resonance. He trained at both Mayo Clinic and Case Western Reserve. He also holds a degree in pharmacy, providing a deep background in medication approaches to heart disease.
Dr. Saric believes in shared decision-making, building trust and working with his patients to develop treatment plans that fit their lifestyle and goals. He recommends everyone to screen for common problems like high blood pressure and cholesterol. He also encourages daily exercise, even just walking, for improved heart health.
Originally from Cleveland, Dr. Saric is married and has a daughter. He enjoys traveling with his family, playing with his rescue dog, baking and running.
