Sheila Llanes-Diopita, MD, is a board-certified physician who specializes in family medicine. Known to her patients as Dr. Sheila, she provides care to patients of all ages at the Wilmington office. Dr. Sheila was inspired to pursue a career in medicine by a desire to help others lead healthier, happier lives. She values the opportunity to make a positive difference with individuals, while also enhancing the health and wellbeing of the community. Her care philosophy focuses on treating the person, not just the illness, considering all aspects of a patient’s life – physical, emotional, social and environmental.
