Dr Cockrill spent a lot of 1:1 time discussing some recent issues I have been experiencing. She is attentive and displays great empathy. She is encouraging and the appointment did not feel rushed. She recognized some irregular lab values and promptly communicated to me along with a detailed explanation of the potential causes. I was very nervous receiving this news and she has responded to my messages and addressed my concerns with a comforting but honest approach. I trust that she is providing exceptional care.
