It's the personal interactions and wide variety that Steven Jung, MD, enjoys as a board-certified family practitioner and fellowship-trained sports medicine physician. Dr. Jung sees patients of all ages, from newborn through the elderly, for common medical conditions, while also managing chronic illnesses like diabetes and hypertension. He also treats people with sports injuries or non-operative orthopedic concerns. Dr. Jung views the doctor-patient relationship as a partnership, working together to help them live better. He urges people to stay physically and mentally active to live long, healthy lives. A Cincinnati native growing up on the west side, Dr. Jung now lives in Mason with his wife, an oncology nurse at Bethesda North Hospital. He has a passion for sports and has served as team physician for several local college and high school teams. He also loves traveling and has visited 22 of the 30 pro baseball parks.
