Thomas A. Tami, MD, FACS, has been practicing in the Cincinnati area for approximately 25 years, providing medical and surgical care for patients with difficult and complex sinus problems. Initially, on the full-time tenured faculty of the University of Cincinnati Department of Otolaryngology, he joined Group Health to establish the Cincinnati Sinus Institute.
Dr. Tami has received numerous honors and awards, including the Distinguished Service Award of American Academy of Otolaryngology- Head and Neck Surgery. He serves on the Board of Directors of the American Rhinological Society. He has lectured locally, nationally and internationally about contemporary issues in rhinology and sinus disease. He has authored more than 75 papers in scientific journals more than 50 books on otolaryngology. Dr. Tami is regularly listed as one of the "Best Doctors in America" and as one of the area's "Top Doctors" by Cincinnati Magazine.

Dr. Tami took the time to explain everything he was doing while examining my right ear and then cleaning out the wax from my right ear. He was interested in what information I told him about my ear problem, answering my questions, and advice for my overall care of my ear. I was pleased with this visit and would highly recommend him to family and friends.
