Known to many patients as Dr. O, she sees children for the prevention, diagnosis and treatment of acute and chronic illness. She believes strongly in preventive care and education. Fellowship trained in adolescent care, she has a special fondness for helping teens mature into healthy adults. She brings a high-energy personality into the exam room, empowering patients and their families in a collaborative atmosphere. She encourages everyone to listen to their bodies and to seek health care when something doesn’t seem right.
Dr. Onyewuchi-Nwankwo grew up in Baltimore, but has never forgotten her roots. She and her husband, also Nigerian, are excited to start their family in Cincinnati among his extended family. Dr. Onyewuchi-Nwankwo enjoys reading, music, long walks and hanging out with family.
