What is Telehealth?
Telehealth is the term used when healthcare related services are delivered using electronic or telecommunication technologies. Please use the links below to explore the many ways TriHealth is using telehealth to improve our patients’ care.
- TriHealth Virtual Care: Patients can connect with their providers through various telehealth channels, in addition to in-person appointments. Click here to learn more.
- TriHealth Now: Utilizing the TriHealthNow app, patients can access a board-certified doctor from anywhere at any time (24/7/365). Upon request, a patient is reached by the doctor through the convenience of a phone or video consult. Care can be provided for a wide range of medical problems, and every communication is HIPAA-compliant and encrypted for privacy. For more information click here.
- TriHealth Remote Patient Care: This program is by referral by your primary care provider only.
Patients with specific health conditions can be referred into the remote patient monitoring program where they are assessed daily by a care team who communicates to the referring provider as needed (based on care protocols). Click here for more information.
