Health Talk Live: Getting Fans Back to the Ballpark

Opening day is an important event each year for the people of Greater Cincinnati and with the challenges and limitations this year of the COVID-19 pandemic, TriHealth is partnering with the Cincinnati Reds to help fans stay safe at Great American Ballpark on opening day and beyond.

In this segment of TriHealth’s Health Talk Live, Local 12’s Liz Bonis speaks with Matthew Daggy, MD, a primary care sports medicine specialist with TriHealth Orthopedic & Sports Institute about the safety protocols in place as a limited number of fans return to the ballpark. He also explains why it’s important not only for fans to do their share to ensure continued attendance, but also everybody else so the capacity of fans who can safely attend each game can eventually increase.

Dr. Daggy also provides a look at some of the facilities and capabilities of the TriHealth team members who partner with the Reds to see to the health and safety of fans at the ballpark.
