After completing an externship at one of TriHealth’s Advanced Wound Healing Centers, Tierra Gill knew that TriHealth was where she wanted to build her career.

Upon graduation, she accepted a role at Bethesda Family Practice as a medical assistant.

“What I liked the most about working as a medical assistant was the patients,” Tierra said. “At TriHealth, every patient is being seen and heard. We are truly like patients’ advocates.”

Tierra briefly left TriHealth for an opportunity at another organization but quickly realized that it just didn’t feel the same.

TriHealth understands that everyone is different and unique,” she said. “The physicians actually listen to the patients and understand that everyone has a different culture they come from.”

Earlier this year, Tierra moved into a new role as a Back Office Coordinator with TPP Queen City Physicians. She is excited to take on this new challenge and for the opportunity to grow her skills as a leader.

“I want to grow within this organization and I could just see myself retiring here,” she said. “You can work anywhere in the healthcare field, but when you go to work, and truly want to go to work, it’s a great feeling.”

Tierra’s commitment to exceptional patient care, compassion, and teamwork is a true reflection of what it means to Be Seen. Be Heard. Be TriHealth.
